Burrow ships flat-rate via standard parcel carriers (e.g. UPS) rather than
specialty freight, with most modular furniture arriving in multiple boxes of
around 40 lbs each. Shipping is tiered by order total: orders under $100 ship
free, $100–$500 is $39, $500–$1,000 is $49, and orders over $1,000 are $69.
Delivery timelines vary by product and are shown on each product page; a
"Ready to Ship" selection is available for items that arrive within about four
weeks.

Burrow offers a 30-day return policy on furniture and a 100-day return policy on
mattresses. Return shipping is paid by the customer at 10% of the product price
(20% if the original packaging is not retained), capped at $250. One exchange is
allowed within the 30-day window at no cost when the original packaging is kept.
Returned items must be in usable condition with no stains, tears, or damage, and
items shipped outside the continental United States are not eligible for return.
