Summary
We are looking for a senior frontend engineer with some full stack experience who is looking to lead a growing team of developers build new features and launch new products. While making impactful individual contributions is important, the ideal candidate will also succeed at delegating work and creating opportunities to teach and develop skills of other engineers on their team. The focus of this role will be on the customer facing e-commerce experience, and so understanding the user is critical. This person reports to the Director of Engineering.
Responsibilities
Developing software solutions that scale, using modern technologies and consistently following the project's software development lifecycle.
Improving code quality through reviews, testing and best practices.
Working closely with the Director of Engineering and Product Manager to develop roadmaps and establish priorities.

Burrow is seeking an Operations Associate. In this role, you will support daily operations, from supply chain to internal process improvement. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial team player who can effectively maintain high levels of operational efficiency with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. This role reports to Manager of Operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and oversee daily warehousing and fulfillment operations, including returns management and last mile delivery
- Identify errors and determine how to reduce or eliminate them
- Monitor and report upon KPIs to ensure quality and cost efficiency of our operational health
- Review open/aged orders and manage order flow pre-fulfillment for Retail
- Responsible for the three-way matching of purchase orders, packing slips, and warehouse receipting in comparison to original invoices
- Ensure that bugs are being escalated and triaged appropriately

Summary
Burrow is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance & Accounting team. This position, reporting to our Controller, will be responsible for maintaining all cash-related activities including but not limited to maintaining accounts receivable, overseeing refund and chargebacks process, reconciling deferred revenue, as well as providing support across daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks, as well as ad hoc projects as needed. This role offers exposure to a variety of tasks, the opportunity to help establish best practices as the company scales, and plenty of room for individual learning and growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the Accounts Receivable processes, including payment applications in NetSuite, account reconciliation, B2B customer communications, and new customer set-up
- Regularly monitor credit card batches from our payment processors and reconcile against NetSuite
- Provide support for month-end close tasks, including deferred revenue reconciliation, refund reserved report, and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Work collaboratively with customer experience and operations to monitor, process and analyze refunds, and chargebacks
- Manage productivity of two refund and chargeback specialists
- Ensure Return Authorizations, Item Receipts, Cash, and Customer Refunds are processed in a timely manner
- Proactively and effectively oversee disputed transactions via chargeback process to minimize revenue loss
- Maintain customer resales certificates
- Maintain monthly sales tax reports in 43 states and reconcile against Avalara
- Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of policies and procedures, both internally and in coordination with B2B partners.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- 1-2 years of mentorship experience

Summary
We are in a time of rapid growth and new product development, in order to support this growth we are looking for a highly skilled and energetic Product Development Manager to join our team in Vietnam. This new role will ensure the new product development process runs smoothly, and enables us to successfully expand into new products and categories. As the Product Development Manager, you will sit at the nexus of Sourcing, Product Development, Design, and will oversee all new product developments. This role is currently remote, and reports into our Country Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Responsibilities
Act as the key partner to the local and US Design, Sourcing, Product Development, and Quality teams through the end-to-end product development process with local suppliers.
Manage the review of factory drawings and specifications against internal 3D models and tech packs, including optimizing designs for mass production and local factory capabilities.
Collaborate with the Design and Product Development teams to document all sample details, and ensure that factory prototypes are well executed against the design intent.
Maintain up to date CAD and 3D models throughout the development process, implementing changes to product based on sample review meetings.
Partner with the Sourcing team on opportunities for cost engineering on current products and new developments.
Conduct in-house testing and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the product development process, presenting issues and solutions to Design and Product Development partners.

This role reports to the Creative Director and will partner closely with copywriters, designers and other departments across marketing, e-commerce, operations, and product development.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative, ground-breaking concepts across a range of mediums including integrated campaigns, web design/digital, social media, traditional advertising and design
- Upkeep and maintain visual brand guidelines throughout all graphic assets
- Work both independently and in partnership with a Copywriter partner to generate campaign concepts and define the art direction that brings your ideas to life
- Presents comprehensive vision for projects to creative director before presenting to the broader organization
- Art directs, plans and executes photo and video for e-commerce lifestyle shoots
- Spearheads collaboration with on-staff designers and 3rd party resources to create assets across our brand ecosystem
- Oversees and executes all creative from concept to pre-production through to final creative QC & asset delivery
- Attends shoots to provide creative supervision and quality controls for third parties in the production process such directors, photographers, illustrators, stylists, and freelance resources
- Stays abreast of current creative trends both within the furniture / home space as well as within the advertising, branding, and creative industry writ large
Job requirements
- A BFA or BA in graphic design, communications design, or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in-house or in an agency setting, with a minimum 1 year in a senior Art Director position.
- Demonstration of Art Direction and Design excellence and expertise throughout your career via a strong portfolio showcasing a mixture of capabilities:
- 1) Visually stunning photo and video work
- 2) Solid background in graphic design, typography, and brand building
3) 360º Campaigns with strong, concept-driven static, video, and experiential components
- Experience working with CGI / 3D artists and feel comfortable art directing that medium
- Highly skilled at art direction for motion design
- Are highly skilled at working collaboratively with creative directors, copywriters, designers, producers, photographers, stylists, and freelance specialists
- Experience the interior design / home industry or can point to work in your portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of the space.
- Strong presentation skills, attention to detail and typography skills
- Strong pulse on trends and a deep understanding of the current landscape of art direction, branding, and general visual culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely Skilled in all design software including the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
