Summary
We are looking for a senior frontend engineer with some full stack experience who is looking to lead a growing team of developers build new features and launch new products. While making impactful individual contributions is important, the ideal candidate will also succeed at delegating work and creating opportunities to teach and develop skills of other engineers on their team. The focus of this role will be on the customer facing e-commerce experience, and so understanding the user is critical. This person reports to the Director of Engineering.
Responsibilities
Developing software solutions that scale, using modern technologies and consistently following the project's software development lifecycle.

Summary
Burrow is seeking a Category Manager to join our Marketing team. As a Category Manager, you'll serve as the champion for Burrow product lines by launching and managing the entire product lifecycle. From concept to launch to improving and growing new products, you will be responsible for the success of all products in your category. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with (a) the CEO and VP of Product Design & Development on product roadmap and growth strategy, (b) the Product Design and Development Teams to bring new concepts to life, (c) the Marketing and eCommerce teams to launch and scale new products, and (d) cross functional leaders to manage margins, inventory levels, and other key success factors for products within your categories.
Responsibilities
- Category Planning – Working with the CEO and VP of Product Design & Development, develop strategic plan and product roadmap, including line architecture, pricing, and positioning while maintaining a deep understanding of home furnishings market and the competition. Generate and maintain 2-3 year business plan for projected sales, expenses and profit.
- Research and Insights – Collaborate with colleagues in Insights and Design Research to conduct market and customer research to identify insights to inform strategy and tactic recommendations including new product opportunities and existing product improvements.

Summary
Burrow is seeking an Operations Manager, Canada to join our Operations team to help deliver the Burrow customer experience in a new market. In this role, you will support the daily operations with a focus on fulfillment, inventory, delivery, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial team player who can effectively maintain high levels of operational efficiency with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will report directly to the Market Director, Canada.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Warehousing and Fulfillment – manage relationships with 3PL partners and oversee daily warehousing and fulfillment operations, including returns management. Fulfil swatch orders. Identify errors and determine how to reduce or eliminate them. Monitor and report upon KPIs to ensure quality and cost efficiency of our operational health
- Inventory Management – manage inventory, accuracy of inventory receipts, and integration management
- International Freight & Logistics – manage compliance of inventory transportation and importation from factories in multiple countries to warehouses in Canada. Monitor tariffs and maintain Harmonized Tariff Code data. Work with U.S. logistics team to assist with decision making about product flow based on best price and lane optimization
- Last Mile Distribution – manage relationships with small parcel carriers and last-mile delivery partners. Monitor and report on performance & costs; identify opportunities for improvement.
- Customer Experience – work closely with and support the Canadian CX team; understand and use customer feedback and issues to drive operational improvements

We are in a time of rapid growth and new product development, in order to support this growth we are looking for a highly skilled and energetic Product Development Manager to join our team in Vietnam. This new role will ensure the new product development process runs smoothly, and enables us to successfully expand into new products and categories. As the Product Development Manager, you will sit at the nexus of Sourcing, Product Development, Design, and will oversee all new product developments. This role is currently remote, and reports into our Country Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Responsibilities
Act as the key partner to the local and US Design, Sourcing, Product Development, and Quality teams through the end-to-end product development process with local suppliers.
Manage the review of factory drawings and specifications against internal 3D models and tech packs, including optimizing designs for mass production and local factory capabilities.
Collaborate with the Design and Product Development teams to document all sample details, and ensure that factory prototypes are well executed against the design intent.
Maintain up to date CAD and 3D models throughout the development process, implementing changes to product based on sample review meetings.

Guided by the needs of our consumers, this visionary leader will lead our product expansion into every category of furniture. This role reports to the CEO and will work closely with (a) the Marketing and Creative teams to plan and execute new product launches, (b) the Business Insights team to conduct customer and market research, and (c) the Operations team to source and manufacture new products.

Responsibilities
