Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions

As a member of Burrow’s Refer-a-Friend Program (an “Advocate”), you are subject to Burrow’s Terms and Conditions and Burrow’s Privacy Policy above as well as to the additional terms set forth in these Refer-a-Friend Program Terms. Please note that, unless we define a term in these Refer-a-Friend Program Terms, all capitalized terms used herein have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or terminate the Refer-a-Friend Program or the Refer-a-Friend Program Terms and Conditions and/or the methods through which rewards are earned, at any time, for any reason.

We reserve the right to disqualify any Advocates from participation in the Refer-a-Friend Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Refer-a-Friend Program Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws (including, without limitation, through any failure to include any disclosures as required by the FTC or otherwise required by Burrow).

By participating in the Refer-a-Friend Program, Advocates agree to use the Refer-a-Friend Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Advocate or to participate in the Refer-a-Friend Program in any other manner.

Compliance with Law. Advocates may not participate in the Refer-a-Friend Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations. As an Advocate, you agree to comply with all applicable law, including, but not limited to the CAN SPAM Act. Any distribution of your Refer-a-Friend Program link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your Account and exclusion from Burrow’s Refer-a-Friend Program.

Eligibility.Burrow’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses or individuals for affiliate lead generation or posted on discount sites.

Becoming a Advocate. Any individual who is otherwise eligible to participate may become a member of Burrow's Refer-a-Friend Program by signing up using the "Refer-a-Friend" link provided by Burrow, using an email address with a domain based in the United States. To be "Eligible," an Advocate must be a legal resident of the United States of America and be at least 18 years old.

Making a Referral.An Advocate must register at Burrow.com/referral to make a referral. No previous purchase is required (purchasers and non-purchasers alike are eligible). Once an Advocate refers a Referred Customer, he/she will be provided with a unique referral link ("Personal Link") that allows the Advocate to receive rewards for Qualified Referrals ("Reward"). Personal Links will be issued only to individuals. Advocates must respect the spirit of the Refer-a-Friend Program by only referring real individuals who meet the requirements of these Refer-a-Friend Program Terms and Conditions. Advocates cannot refer themselves. For example, an Advocate may not participate in the Refer-a-Friend Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities. The name associated with the Qualified Referral’s Shipping or Billing Address must not match that of the Advocate.

Qualified Referrals.A “Qualified Referral” means that all the following conditions are met:

1. The Referred Customer completed a Product purchase made via the Site by a person who arrives to the Site by clicking on the unique Refer-a-Friend Program link provided to you by Burrow under the Refer-A-Friend Program, and is a first-time Purchaser of Products
2. The Referred Customer has not canceled or returned the purchased product; and is purchased in United States Dollars and is purchased by a purchaser located in the United States for shipping to an address located in the United States.
3. The Advocate’s unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the Advocate alone to obtain Qualified Referrals; referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored. If a Referred Customer purchases from or registers with Burrow using any other link or method, the registration will not count as a Qualified Referral and the Advocate will not earn a Reward.
4. The Referred Customer was not previously registered with Burrow under any email address or alias; and
5. The Referred Customer is a) a legal resident of the United States of America and b) at least 18 years old;
6. Advocates are limited to earn one (1) Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer, up to a maximum of $599.00 in rewards value within a twelve-month period, unless otherwise allowed by Burrow. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Customer for any item will not be considered Qualified Referrals and thus not be entitled to the benefits of Qualified Referrals; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
7. No partial rewards will be given. A Burrow Outlet purchase does not qualify as a "Qualified Referral."

8. The Referred Customer has not canceled or returned the purchased product

Earning Rewards. Rewards may be redeemed in various forms at Burrow’s sole discretion, including, but not limited to in the form of an Amazon.com* gift card. Restrictions may apply. For example, if the Reward is in the form of a gift card, gift certificate or voucher, it may be subject to the issuer's terms and conditions.

No Combination.Referred Customers may not combine any discounts obtained through their use of the Refer-A-Friend Program with any Offer Codes or other promotions offered by Burrow.

Verified Qualified Referral. Rewards are subject to verification. Burrow may delay a Reward for the purposes of investigation. Burrow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction Burrow deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Refer-a-Friend Program Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on Burrow, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. All of Burrow’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral, or Reward is verified.

Transfer and Value of Credit and Rewards. Rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Upon termination of the Refer-a-Friend Program or any portion thereof for any reason, any unredeemed Rewards that have not yet been delivered to Advocate are forfeited.

Fraudulent and Suspicious Behavior

1. Burrow may prohibit an Advocate from participating in the Refer-a-Friend Program or receiving a Reward, in Burrow’s sole discretion, if Burrow determines that such Advocate is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the Refer-a-Friend Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Advocates or any representatives of Burrow.
2. Use of any affiliate website, affiliate network properties, automated systems, script, or macro to participate is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
3. Advocates may not enter with multiple or fake emails addresses or accounts, use fictitious identities or use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate in the Refer-a-Friend Program or receive a Reward.
4. Burrow reserves the right to disqualify any Advocate and/or cancel any Reward(s) if Burrow finds an Advocate to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Refer-a-Friend Program or violating these Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions in any way.

Right to Terminate Accounts. Burrow reserves the right to terminate the Account of any Advocate and/or Referred Customer at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any Advocate and/or Referred Customer's conduct to be in violation of these Refer-A-Friend Program Terms.
