The Field Collection strikes a balance between classic, deep-sitting couches with welcoming layers of pillows and the articulate, structural sofas you see in the design press. Equally at home in a minimalist loft or a maximalist basement full of memorabilia, Field has plush cushions nestled inside an outer frame of upholstered panels. Built on a grid-based modular platform, it boasts the same simple assembly process you’ve come to expect from Burrow.
Made with premium, durable materials
Field is our first seating collection to use contract-grade polyester fabric. It’s a premium textile option that feels soft and luxurious, while maintaining the durable, stain-resistant quality that modern life demands. The cushions are soft yet supportive, and they’re CertiPUR-US certified to be free of ozone depleters, formaldehyde, heavy metals, flame retardants, and other nasty, dangerous things found in non-certified cushions.
The robust frame is built with sustainably-sourced hardwoods, and the panels are made from single sheets of bent plywood — no weak joints to worry about.
Each panel is connected by steel plates and brackets, resulting in a modular sectional every ounce as rigid and stable as a traditional fixed-width construction.
