Easy Assembly, Comfortable, Lovely to Behold

We received our sofa in two different shipments, without any prior notification of shipment. Luckily, we were home both times and live in a safe neighborhood. That is a stike, but on to the sofa itself. It was very easy to put together, but you definately need two people to turn it right-side-up after installing the backs/arms/legs. The color is lovely and we chose this sofa because our living room is on the smaller side. I like the mid-century look of the sofa, and the firmness of the cushions. We don't sit on it alot, it's more for company. I do lay on it on occasion and find it comfortable. We are very happy with this sofa and eagerly await the ottoman to complete the set.

Communication regarding delivery were very poor but everyting else was fine.

Great sofa, great value

I felt like I was taking a huge risk buying a sofa on-line, but living in a rural area, needing a sofa in a hurry, and not wanting to spend a fortune I looked on Burrow's website after reading a review ranking on-line furniture companies. I love my sofa. It looks fabulous in my living room and I've received many complements on it. It is comfortable, elegant and understated. It works very well in it's eclectic environment. In fact, I like it and the price so much that I just ordered another with chaise for our family room. It was easy to put together; as my husband said "it intuitively makes sense." In ordering two sofas, I've had a couple of problems (on my end, not Burrow's) and Burrow Support was just that - supportive and effiecient. My sister just ordered a Burrow sofa of her own and I'd recommend Burrow to anyone else looking for the best sofa at a reasonable price with fast service and strong support

It’s our first time purchasing from Burrow. It has been a great experience and our new sofa is comfortable and great quality. Will definitely recommend Burrow. My only wish is that they had oeko Tex certified fabrics. But very happy they are pfas free.

We originally bought the Nomad loveseat and love it so much that we are expanding our little tv area with the armchair!

Nomad Leather Sectional

We bought the Nomad leather sofa a little over ten months ago. We have made one big move across states with the furniture and pleased to say it is holding up very well. It's a well-crafted couch and we appreciate the ability to add to it as our space grows. We have nothing but good things to say about this lovely piece of furniture. Unfortunately, the shipping/ receiving process was a pretty bad experience. 90% of the boxes arrived, except for the hardware to put everything together. So we had a house full of boxes instead of a nice sofa for extended family to sit on due to the delay (weeks). The customer service was unhelpful and we were shuttled back and forth with Burrow and the carrier (FedEx). I think my review is in-line with many others I've seen-- great furniture but worrisome shipping and customer support.

Love our NEW 5-Seat Corner Sectional Sofa!

We got our sofa yesterday, got it all put together in a few hours and must say we love it!! The chenille fabric is fantastic and the frame is very sturdy. Assembly was a little challenging but had no issues with the end result. Burrow customer assistance was great with communication regarding shipping as there was a bit of delay by UPS. Wasn't sure how it would turn out buying online so we ordered a fabric swatch... was just what we were looking for. And I must say Burrow beats buying from the local furniture stores all the way around! We are certain we will enjoy this for a long time. We will not hesitate to purchase from Burrow again in the future! KD

Excellent couch

Beautiful, non toxic, sturdy, easy to put together and very comfortable.

This is a really great set. My cat has no interest in scratching it. I was happpy to be able to add pieces.
