It’s true: Easy to assemble!!

This was very easy to put together. There were many consoles, we looked at but kept coming back to Burrows mid-century style, open design and easy assembly. I was a bit weary of reviews of this “easy assembly” but I took a chance. Didn’t buy the furniture assembly and again, relied on the reviews of easy assembly!! You do need 2-people. The bottom and top shelves are heavy! I made the mistake of using the top for the bottom. Once, we realized that error, everything went smooth! Everything is labeled except the top and bottom shelves were not labeled as TOP and BOTTOM. So, look at the assembly instructions and compare the illustration of what the top and bottom shelves look like. There are slight differences. It took about little over 1-hour-ish to put it together from laying out inventory to assemble. We put a 65-inch tv on this console. It holds up well! And looks gorgeous! Put a sound bar in console and the remote works without opening the doors. If you are not in a rush, wait for the 30% sale. I bought it at 25% but happy anyway!

Excellent quality, easy assembly

My husband and I rarely agree on furniture so when we both liked the Opera Media Console I ordered it immediately. The console arrived in days and was packaged carefully and securely. I think it actually took longer to unpack the pieces than it did to assemble. Assembly instructions were perfect--so easy to understand, and there weren't a lot of pieces to put together. It was so simple and the finished product is simply gorgeous.

Great product, error-filled fulfillment experience

The console is gorgeous and was very straightforward to put together. I love the storage compartment and the space for my Sonos soundbar. It elevates the space and hide the clutter. With that said, I was sent two mismatched boxes: a walnut body and a black top and bottom. Getting a hold of customer service was more difficult than I would've liked, but they were responsive and helpful once I was speaking with someone. Getting a replacement order with the correct pieces took an extra week. I had to repackage and drag all the incorrect pieces back upstairs from my basement where I had opened their box. Pick-up of the wrong pieces was scheduled three times until it was finally hauled away. It sat in my lobby for almost two weeks in the mean time. After all the ups and downs would absolutely still order from Burrow again, but wanted to share the realities of my experience.

Appears to be very well made and sturdy. Love the mid-century modern style. It arrived in just over a week after ordering. The only negative is that the interior shelves are not adjustable in height.

Easy to build with two people and beautiful once it's all set up! It arrived quickly and in pristine condition thanks to their super intentional packaging, and both the design and functionality of the console itself have been super impressive. This is our first time ever shopping with Burrow and I'm so glad we took the risk!

Great product -- including a great unpacking and installation experience!

First, the console itself is very nice. Really a great quality finish, especially compared to other items from other makers for the same price. I like that the top shelf is wide to fit a sound bar. So, that's the most important. But what really astounded me is that this was honestly the best unpacking and installation experience I've had with furniture purchased online! Everything came in great shape, nicely packed (none of the annoying styrofoam -- mostly paper and tough cardboard, which was all recyclable). The directions were actually interprable -- my husband and I could easily put this together. We are sold and will buy from Burrow again as a result.

It is so beautiful and really elevates our space. It was super easy to assemble and required only a few "parts" to put it together. Very well packaged. Doors slide easily. Shipped super fast, I had it in 3 days. Extremely pleased with my purchase and plan to shop again at Burrow!!
