We bought the Nomad leather sofa a little over ten months ago. We have made one big move across states with the furniture and pleased to say it is holding up very well. It's a well-crafted couch and we appreciate the ability to add to it as our space grows. We have nothing but good things to say about this lovely piece of furniture. Unfortunately, the shipping/ receiving process was a pretty bad experience. 90% of the boxes arrived, except for the hardware to put everything together. So we had a house full of boxes instead of a nice sofa for extended family to sit on due to the delay (weeks). The customer service was unhelpful and we were shuttled back and forth with Burrow and the carrier (FedEx). I think my review is in-line with many others I've seen-- great furniture but worrisome shipping and customer support.

Love our NEW 5-Seat Corner Sectional Sofa!

We got our sofa yesterday, got it all put together in a few hours and must say we love it!! The chenille fabric is fantastic and the frame is very sturdy. Assembly was a little challenging but had no issues with the end result. Burrow customer assistance was great with communication regarding shipping as there was a bit of delay by UPS. Wasn't sure how it would turn out buying online so we ordered a fabric swatch... was just what we were looking for. And I must say Burrow beats buying from the local furniture stores all the way around! We are certain we will enjoy this for a long time. We will not hesitate to purchase from Burrow again in the future! KD

Excellent couch

Beautiful, non toxic, sturdy, easy to put together and very comfortable.

This is a really great set. My cat has no interest in scratching it. I was happpy to be able to add pieces.

So we ordered two Lodge Chairs & a matching Nomand ottoman. Our son had found them online and wanted the chairs for his house. (He'll be jealous when he sees them in ours!) It will be 3-4 months before we unbox and use them (due to some ongoing remodeling.) So far, so good, arrived quickly and well packaged. Opened the boxes enough only to verify to correct fabric color. Will update our review after we set them up.

Just what I wanted

It's a great color. The sofa seems sturdy. The cushion is firm and comfortable. The price was right. It's just what I wanted.

Just what we needed!

We were looking for a sofa for a smaller room in our house. This ended up being perfect! It is smaller than a similar style sofa we already have, and at first I was surprised by the difference in appearance, but it is really perfect for the room we have it in. We have been able to comfortably fit adults on it and the sectional aspect makes it great for games nights or conversation. The sofa is stiff, but this what we prefer. A couple of soft accent pillows makes it comfy for reading. The seats are not as deep as our other sofa, and so having an ottoman to put your feet up is a great addition! It was easy enough to put together - probably took about an hour or a bit more from start to finish. My husband did need to use some extra strength to get things to line up in a few instances when I was sure something wasn't quite right, but eventually it all came together. One thing to note is that the sample of performance chenille fabric that was sent to us was not the same fabric that the sofa is made of (performance flatweave). The color and texture were both different. Just something to be aware of if you are ordering samples for the Nomad! Ultimately, I love the color we ended up with, it's just not as soft of a fabric as chenille. Customer service and the purchasing process was smooth. Our order came in 7 boxes and was delivered over about two weeks, so have some space ready while you are waiting for everything to arrive!

Sleep Kit is Great

Comfortable! Contains everything we could need to host an overnight guest on the couch. Love h the idea.
