I worried at first about ordering a couch online, but I am extremely happy with my Burrow Nomad Leather Sectional. The leather is so soft and a beautiful camel color. The seating is firm at first, but after just a few days I can already tell that it will break in beautifully. Assembly was as easy as promised: just toggle a few latches and screw on the legs. We had shipping issue -- we received one extra box of arms and were missing one of our seat boxes -- but the company quickly resolved the issue and I received the missing part within 3 days of reporting the problem. Very pleased with Burrow's customer service and the quality of their products. I won't hesitate to order from them again.

Our couch is amazing, it’s comfortable and beautiful. Well made. Shipping took a long time but customer service was responsive the whole time. I’m about to order another section to have some flexibility.
