Each box is 36 x 33 x 14 inches, and weighs approximately 50 lbs.
How many boxes should I expect my sofa to arrive in?
For a 1-seater - 2 boxes; For a 2-seater - 3 boxes; For a 3-seater - 4 boxes; For a 4-seater - 5 boxes. Basically one more box than the number of seats in your couch (for the arms).
Can I see the sofa in person near me?
We partnered with popular retail stores, coffee shops and co-working spaces to provide Burrow couches for you to see and try in person. Email us at [email protected] to find out the closest location to you. We're adding new locations every week!

Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
We do not ship internationally, or to Hawaii or Alaska at the moment, just to the 48 contiguous US States.
Do I pay for shipping?
Nope, shipping is free!
When will I receive my Burrow?
Once your Burrow order ships via UPS, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. After shipment, your order will take 2-5 business days in transit to arrive at your door. (If you live in a more remote area of the US, it may take an additional day or two.)
Help! My Burrow arrived in less than perfect condition.
Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. If in the unlikely event, your item arrives in less than perfect condition contact us via [email protected] and we’ll make it right straight away.
Do I have to be home for my sofa to be delivered?
Nope, you do not have to be home. UPS can leave the packages on your porch or in front of your house, or at the apartment building lobby if you are not home.
I'm not keen on Burrow packages being left at my door. Can I require a signature for delivery?
When placing your order, you can opt into requiring a signature for delivery.
Can I really return the sofa within the 100 day trial period?
Absolutely. We want to know why you are unhappy with the sofa so we can improve our product, but ultimately we want you to be happy and will refund you the entire amount. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details on our 100-day trial.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is free on your first Burrow purchase.
Are there any limitations on Burrow accepting a return?
Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged by the customer with scratches, stains, drilling or any other modifications.
Is the Tooth Fairy real?
Yes. Also no. But mostly maybe.

I’m allergic to being cozy, should I still buy a Burrow sofa?
