Easy to set up, only took about 45-60 min once unpacked. Hardest part was the unpacking. High quality piece!

My Ember sofa arrived in several sturdy boxes, making it easy to carry upstairs and ensuring it was undamaged. In just a couple of hours my daughter and I had assembled it and removed the packaging to the garage. I've had the sofa a week and it's solid, comfortable, and attractive. Highly recommend!

Easy set up and beautiful

I love it. The set up was easy. I was able to put it together in a couple of hours. The only challenging part was putting the cushions in their covers, like stuffing a tent back into the bag. It’s probably easier with two people. But the couch itself is beautiful, and the color was just what I was looking for which feels like a calm dark sage. It is on the firmer side too.

Ember 3 Piece Chaise Sectional

Overall very happy with my new couch. It took around 1.5hrs to unpack and assemble by myself, assembly was fairly straight forward once I located the instruction book (packed with the arm rests). I recommend visiting a showroom if possible, particulary if you are choosing a material. The showroom staff (Chicago/Halsted) were great and answered all of my questions as well as giving me swatches to take home. I selected the Sage ChenilleI which looked much greener online than in person, it's actually more of a neutral grey/green and looks great in my living room.The chenilleI fabric appears to be good quality and strudy construction, time will tell how it holds up?

Super comfortable!

Super happy I went with this sofa! I was decided between a few but ultimately went with this one because I wanted a wide seat, and the price was right. It’s held up really well so far and is the perfect sofa for hosting a movie night

Easy to assemble but short back and seat

I am very satisfied with this sofa. It arrived in a little over a week after I ordered it. The heaviest box (seat base) weighs around 50lbs and I was able to slide it easily into my apartment. The seat cushions are very firm and they expanded fully in about a day after opening them. Assembly was very easy and took me about 40 minutes as a single person. I'm 5'1 and about 120lbs so the back of the sofa will be a short if you're taller. Crushed Gravel is a neutral light grey. The fabric seems to be cat proof as my cat has been unable to snag anything so far. Finally, the seat width for the 75 inch sofa is around 72 inches. It's a good size if you are petite or have kids who want to lounge on it comfortably.

Very sturdy, easy to put together, and arrived in boxes that were easy to manuever as a single person.
