Having a sleeper sofa that looks great, and is actually a full comfortable foam mattress is a game changer. It's high quality, storage details were thought through, and it came extremely quickly in boxes so I didn't have to wait at home. Highly recommend
We haven't slept on the sofa yet, but overall I am pleased. Wasn't the easiest to assemble, but we managed. Appreciated the sofa coming in sections, as we wouldn't be able to get down hallway and make turn with a one piece sofa. We're a little concerned with the velcro closures - the velcro is rippled and not fully sealed in all places along the seam. Hopefully, it won't separate over time.
The couch is nice and firm and very comfortable. Was easy to put together…did it by myself in an hour. The Shay section was a little tricky doing it alone, but I got it done.
Really happy with this sleeper! It’s exactly the modern/minimal look we love and so far, all of our overnight guests have said it’s super comfortable! The fact that we don’t have to skimp on storage either is a huge plus. Totally recommend! It’s really the best of all worlds

I wanted a sofa that could accommodate guests as and be comfortable. The span does both (comfortably) plush it has storage. Couldn’t be happier.
The Span sleper fits perfectly into my home office and guest room combo. Used as a sofa during the day and then it easily folds out for kid sleepovers and guests at night. Took me and my teenager less than an hour to assemble. The mattress is a REAL mattress, not those awful, thin mattresses on a regular pull out bed. Highly recommend!
I’d been in the market for a sleeper sofa without the uncomfortable springs and, after reading many reviews, decided to take a chance on Burrow. Our journey was a bit rocky at first, but it ultimately had a happy ending. When my order arrived, I received four boxes—two of which were for a completely different couch in the wrong color. I tried repeatedly to contact Burrow by phone but was never able to reach a live person. I also texted the number provided and never received a response. Email, however, turned out to be the most effective option, as I received a prompt reply. After some back-and-forth, we coordinated the pickup of the incorrect boxes and the shipment of replacements. While the process took time, my customer service representative, Reyen, was phenomenal—responsive, helpful, and professional throughout. One replacement box arrived quickly, but the other took an additional two weeks, which meant a longer wait before I could fully assemble the sofa. Now that everything is in place, I couldn’t be happier. The sofa looks exactly like the photos and is very comfortable. I’m satisfied with my purchase and have already recommended it to several friends—though it was definitely a “trust the process” experience.
We found this sleeper couch while visiting the Burrow store in Chicago. We have been looking for a firm type couch, this couch’s firmness fits our need perfectly! The Chase is SO comfortable ! The couch is very easy to be converted to a queen size sleeper and the bed is also very comfortable! The big catch is the price, which we had compared for many manufacturers. Burrow came up at the top as far as the value and comfortable-ness. A trip specifically made to Chicago Burrow store (6 hours drive) turned out to be very worthy.
