strong product design and quality
I’m happy overall with the Serif Square Coffee Table in Walnut — the design is clean, modern, and fits nicely with a minimalist aesthetic. The finish looks high-quality, the proportions work well in a living room setting, and the piece feels solid once assembled. Assembly was also relatively straightforward, which I appreciate. That said, the pricing experience made me hesitate. The frequent dynamic pricing and shifting discount levels make it hard to understand what the true price actually is. Seeing different promotions appear shortly before or after purchase reduces confidence in the marketing and makes the discount messaging feel less credible. As a customer, I want to feel comfortable that I am paying a fair and consistent price, not trying to time fluctuating promotions. It is also unclear why prices do not reflect recent reductions in tariffs on imports from Vietnam. Greater transparency on pricing logic would go a long way toward building trust in the brand. Since Burrow’s modular approach encourages repeat purchases, a loyalty or rewards program could meaningfully improve the experience. For example, offering returning customers a small credit, early access pricing, or a repeat-buyer discount would create an incentive to continue furnishing additional rooms with Burrow
